Class Descriptions
& Schedule

Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays:
Strength and Conditioning: A mix of strength and cardio exercises. This class will have you focused on weights and strength, while also increasing your cardio capacity.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:
Strength: 45 minutes focusing on strength. This class will be slower, heavier and focus purely on gaining muscle strength.

Fridays:
HIIT: 45 min of high-intensity training. This class will focus on getting your heart rate elevated and challenge you cardiovascularly.
